Dear Friends and Fans of Casa Nova Deer Valley,

I am honored and gratified to hear weekly from past guests, friends and fans of Casa Nova asking, “Where is the next Casa Nova?” “Where can I experience that level of vacation today?”  I treasure each and every one of the relationships created and connections made during those magical years when my team and I were making vacation dreams come true.

I’m excited to share my next chapter with you.

Rather than stay in one perfect little corner of the world like Casa Nova creating guest experiences for a few, I have created J Haines Hospitality, to consult with, train and inspire organizations worldwide on the finer points of service.  More people need to be living in the happiness moment, and I aim to spread the insights and skills to make that possible.

Training and team building programs can be customized for all industries and for groups of all sizes, because our world needs this type of continuing education.  In the end, training and motivation is the engine that drives all service experiences.  People want to do a great job for their employers, co-workers and guests, they just don’t know how. If you have a staff at your office or household who might benefit from a personalized program, please contact me so that we can explore the possibilities.

At the same time, I’m creating The Curate Collection of bespoke vacation experiences that I have personally hand-picked to pass the Casa Nova muster.  Shinier. Softer. Fluffier. Silkier. All that. Plus kind, thoughtful service, anticipating guest needs, providing all the right touches.   As I continue to build and launch The Curate Collection, I will be excited to share it with you.
